A toothy_blowjob tag could be used for instances where the giver is using their teeth in the act. Not all fellatio sharp_teeth pics involve the giver having sharp teeth, and those that do don't always involve the teeth being used/touching the penis. Also you can have a blowjob pic where the giver is using their teeth without their teeth being sharp.

maybe there's room for a tag like "risky_blowjob" which implies some danger, but wouldn't necessarily be limited to sharp teeth.. Perhaps a blowjob from an acidic blob, or a dragon with a glowing throat.

That has been suggested, but I'm not sure how well it'd work in practice: people have weird notions about what's dangerous. For example, some folks think that bird beaks are all razor-sharp, so things such as beakjob are likely to get tagged as 'risky' by default. Which'd clog up the tag.

I think that's also a benefit of 'toothy'. It's pretty specific and not super subjective beyond odd angles. A toothy blowjob is also not necessarily risky (at least not more than usual)- flat humanoid or blocky herbivore teeth scraping/rubbing along don't have nearly as much risk of cuts as sharp teeth.
