Requested feature overview description.
To be frank, tag history searching by tag kinda sucks. It's slow as heck and you can't search for when a tag was added. Would it be possible to improve it?

Why would it be useful?
It would make it easy to see when a tag was added which I think could have many uses, tracking tag trollers just to name one.
