flip it. adultery is far more popular tag, i dont think that we need to be super technical about what these terms mean

Popular or not, I like the sound of infidelity more as a way of tagging this.

Honestly so long as we agree to a single tag to alias to, I don't mind which one is used
Related: I feel cheating should be a disambiguated tag, as people have been using it instead of adultery but also some people use it to mean cheating in the non-relationship sense, like in competition or academics, etc.
So after this alias is decided, perhaps cheating be aliased to this diaambig and then the wiki page updated to redirect to the more accurate tags.
