Topic: "Sequence" vs "Multiple Scenes" tags

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

The difference between these two tags is poorly explained and from what I have seen, there is no discernable difference in how they are used.

The examples shown are too few in number to draw any reasonable conclusions.

Multiple_images is actually a little easier to distinguish, but it still gets rather consistently used in cases where the other two would apparently fit better.

Sequence is simply a event sequence, shown on a single page. Not to be confused with pools, which also tend to be sequential.

Think of multiple_scenes as a television sitcom: the episode starts at someone's apartment, then moves to a coffee shop or some other scene, but it's all connected by the characters and a loose sequence of events.

And multiple_images is for unconnected pieces of art, that just happen to be drawn on the same page.

The first two are well-tagged (or well-cleaned?), multiple_images tends to be messy.
