Same for this one: too much weird anatomy, breasts aren't always located on chest.

That should probably be aliased to teats (like crotch_boobs already was) which for the purposes of tagging doesn't actually count as breasts. Cum_on_teats appears to exist but be very underused.

Teats are nipples. More colloquially, "teats" is used to mean nipples on the lower torso/abdomen area. They don't have to be on protruding breasts/mammaries.
