Technically they could be different? "peeing on viewer" implies a character directly urinating onto the POV, "urine on pov" could just be pee on the screen or something. But that's so minor I doubt it's worth disambiguating.

Even then, *_pov tags are to indicate a first_person_view where some part of the character that our view is from is visible. pee on the screen without the first-person character visible would be "urine on viewer" or something.

And a generic on_pov tag makes no sense... all 7 uses of it in these 6 years don't even seem terribly consistent: 5 being cum_on_viewer (no pov/first-person view, except for maybe 1, depending on how you look at it), 2 being plain penetrating_pov, and 1 being both.
