Reason:

They're the same artist. I set it up to alias the older name -> to the new name because he's still very active and his newer art is signed as 'higsby'. Aliasing this will avoid confusion and having his art split between two separate artist tags. Right now his newer art is getting tagged with both his old and his newer name and having them aliased together is just simpler. (Especially when looking ahead to the future.)
