I might help out a little. Quick question though, a few of the ones I saw were with an erection under clothes and you don't really see the penis, do I just leave those as is?

If the penis is completely obscured by clothing don't tag it with penis.

In those cases where the penis/erection is fully concealed by clothing, the tag is either "bulge" for not well defined bumps (usually Queationable as long as the rest of the image fits that description) and "penis_outline" if the cloth is skin tight and clearly shows the shape of the penis well enough to know what kind it is (almost always explicit), but neither should be tagged penis unless part of it is showing past its covering.

Actually, for erections under clothing, there's erection_under_clothes. You should also accompany it with tags like bulge or tenting, depending on context
