Requested feature overview description.
The blacklist can filter out submissions with scores lower (or higher, if you so choose for some reason) than a level which a user chooses. For instance, adding cat score:<0 to one's blacklist will allow it to filter out images of cats with negative scores.
Why would it be useful?
Recently, I've noticed that people have been uploading images of Katia Managan with very...unique tags which I will refrain from naming here, and which understandably have very low scores. Just seeing the thumbnails has impacted my browsing experience for the worse, and the offensive content of the images is so obscure that I doubt many could foresee the need to place the corresponding tags on their blacklist.
This feature would allow users to keep the art out of their results without having to learn that there is a tag for [REDACTED].
It would also be useful to filter images of very poor quality, or which manage to be offputting despite using individually inoffensive tags.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
