Does anyone know what should go in the wiki for this tag, if it's even relevant? It does not fall under TWYS so it is very difficult to see where it does or does not apply. This dirty ban-evader may have had a point here: https://e621.net/forum/show/223479 unless someone can make a case for keeping this tag or can provide a wiki entry. Do with it as you will. Fuck it, I'll add a link to the comissioner's page, but that's all because I'm tired and it took me this long to think of that so I'm going to bed.

Artist, character and copyright tags are usually based on the source not TWYS. The preferred method of crediting a character's owner is on the character's wiki page but direct copyright tags (like partran on post #131479) are okay too (see the Tagging Checklist and forum #155828). Adding a link to the commissioner's page was the right move, thank you.

Thank you, I knew of artist and character generally being based on the source and it makes sense that copyright is too, though sometimes that is hard to determine if it isn't made clear at the source. (all too common on FA at times)
