I've personally been bugged with the handling of filled_condom. It covers a wider range than desired, including: filled and discarded, tied off, purposeful filling (like a balloon or for milking), and ejaculating while wearing it inside someone/thing. I don't think the current usage should really change much, but rather suggest we think about more specific tags for all scenarios and then imply filled_condom for each. This would aid in people searching for a specific fetish as, say, discarded condoms specifically cannot be searched for as of now.

What do you guys think? And please, chime in on suggestions for tag namings if you agree.
