The tenth one is a pixel sprite on a CG image.
I'm not sure what applies there. Not really pixelation.. I don't think we use a sprite tag to mean 'pixel artwork *overlay*' (otherwise, that would seems appropriate to me). It seems wonky to tag pixel_(artwork) when only a handful of pixels are really apparent.
Related: pixel_(character) should probably also be disambiguation-aliased -- there's at least a few characters named pixel (the-gamercat, datfurryboi, jmynstyx, and lamia's character [eg. post #1163365 ] which doesn't seem to currently have a character tag )
