Topic: neighbour/neighbor tag cleanup?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

I noticed the neighbour tag was type artist, but all five pieces of art seem to be solely by Zaush.

(uploads post #62324 , post #62563 , post #62564 , post #650471 and post #687451 )

So i changed neighbour to general type.

Potentially someone was thinking of artist whose e621 tag is neighbour-art (one upload).

(Another artist tag is neighbourstudios, one upload.)

My dictionary says neighbor (no "u") is standard spelling of neighbour.

seven uploads tagged with neighbor, currently a character type tag. (Change to general type?)

Another tag is neighbors, with one upload, merge with neighbor?

Going offline for a few hours, so wanted to post this before I left (since I changed neighbour to general type).

It's one of those funny words like Colour and Arbour that's spelt with the U in UK/Canadian areas of the world. Most these days just omit the U though.

I dropped the habit when I realized the COLOR statements in most scripts/Languages use the American spelling. Sans "U".

Since when do most Canadians/Brits drop the u? Anyway I always just use the American spelling on e621 when I’m tagging unless it’s an artist whose name has a u in it. English is a weird language.

As I mentioned. Programming. Business. You won't find the UK spelling in many work documents either.
