Topic: [Feature] A search button in the "Posts" section

Posted under Site Bug Reports & Feature Requests

Requested feature overview description:
-Adds a clickable search button next to or below the tag search text box on the "Posts" page
-It includes everything under the post page, for example, if I was searching an artist's name, I'd be able to paste some pre-copied tags next to their name and search without taking my hand off the mouse

Why would it be useful?:
-I and many others (I assume) browse e621 often using only one hand ;). It's a pain to keep switching from keyboard to wire/wireless mouse when you're only using one hand
-It makes it easier to copy and paste tags while staying only on your mouse

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?:
-Every page under the "Posts" section

So the search button would replace reaching over to the enter key? But yeah I agree that it makes sense, could be practical, for, um, reasons

If you already have to type the in the tags, why can you not press the enter button?

Because I'm copying the tags and pasting them in the text box in multiple tabs. Say I have 8 different tabs open, each with a different artist tag. I don't want to have to type in my 4 or 5 tags for each individual page 8 times. And when I want to copy and paste, its much more convenient to paste with a flew clicks of the mouse rather than reaching back over to my keyboard and pressing ctrl-v.

+1 to this
No real reason to have a button on the home page and not on the search ones

Not only when you paste tags using only the mouse, but also when you click the search box to select a previously searched query, you can do all using mouse/touchscreen only.
Putting an actual button on the page makes everything more convenient without significant code or layout changes

+1 for handheld users. Some software keyboards (ie,the thousands of shitty keyboards on Google Play that companies like GOMO Apps, Cheetah and Touchpal insist on releasing albeit half-assed and in-beta) don't recognize that their enter key is supposed to say "Send the POST command to the PHP doccument in *insert mobile browser here*.
