IL just point out that in both the first 2 links and the 4th there is not actually anything visually identifiable as the perineum. In regards to rating I feel it is best to treat them the same way as breasts, large fetishzized perineums may get questionable but otherwise the bodypart would be safe on its own. if you ask me perineum should only be tagged when it is visible bulging of the perineum or if it's at focus of the image, otherwise it will go the same way the armpits tag went. It should not be tagged for featureless crotches like the one you linked to nor ambiguous cases like the 4th link.

edit* apparantly it is explicit, didn't notice that thru like i said i personally regard it as no different then breasts, don't see why admins consider them to have different standards.

The ratings help guide lists the perineum as explicit. I don't know where the line is drawn, but I'd err on the side of caution and tag them as such.
