Aliasing sasquatch → bigfoot

According to exactly two sources I found from googling plus wikipedia, the two terms are interchangeable.
EDIT: The tag alias sasquatch -> bigfoot (forum #255461) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

Other way around, I'd say. Bigfoot was a more recent name given based on the footprints around 1950, while Sasquatch is from the Native American myths of Sesquac, translated into either English or French around 1920.
