Hello everyone! I decided to make a E621 downloader! :D

This program uses Python 3.6 in combination with TkInter (I know, I know)

It's honestly my first time using the Tkinter library so I hope there's no issues (I will fix any that do come up AND I will add new features too!)

You can check back at this page at any time and click the link(s) for any new updates. I will be updating the links as I go along.

WARNING: I use pyinstaller to compile the python file to a EXE for those who don't want to install python just to use it. Since I use pyinstaller, windows will show the executable as a "Unknown program or threat" At least it has an icon though :P

Features:

• Use up to 6 tags ( + and - ) E621 has a tag limit of 6 I think.
• Specify the download directory
• UI, no console stuff :P
• Current File Progress
• Total File Progress
• Cancel downloading (finishes current file first)
• Specify the amount of files you'd like.
• Remembers your settings from last time.
• Skips already downloaded files.
• Keeps tags in filename (up to 128 characters)
• Preview image of last downloaded image.

You should change the URL to use HTTPS or you have to make two requests for each page, one is a redirect to the HTTPS page.

I totally forgot about that! I forgot E621 forces HTTPS. I'll make an edit in both the linux and windows files. Thank you!
