Title says all. I really love it as a setting and I'm curious to know all there is about this world. Is there some definitive source of backstory or lore for this world?

Well I tried to find anything more than what is vaguely mentioned in the comics but I couldn't find anything. Really though it just seems like an area where nudity is permitted, although most of them wear shirts for some reason. Personally I don't get why you would stop at a shirt I think it feels uncomfortable.
I suppose if I lived there I'd probably wear my hoodies sometimes I have a bunch and I didn't buy them to not wear them.

Simple, you don't wear pants there because horny furries want to see others or show off their penis or vagina, and sometimes both.
Not saying social nudity is for horny people, but come on, these are furries we are talking about here.

Also, a character wearing a shirt and no pants seems to be a 'thing' for some people.

beats me why. It makes me think of, like... little kids running around, having escaped the potty without pants. Or fleeing their diaper.
