Topic: Would you date an anthro equine (Horse, Donkey, Zebra)? Why or why not?

Posted under Off Topic

no. i have spent almost a decade working with horses irl and it would feel weird.

Updated by anonymous

I wouldn't see any issue unless they had those mini hoof-nails instead of regular nails.

I'm not sure if I could get over that.

Imagine every time they drum their fingers would sound like a tiny herd of horses running across a grassy plain.

If they flicked you it would probably really hurt.

Well, I mean... if they were sentient beings, who could talk, reason, etc... then being against the idea would be racist. Speciest. Whatever.

Would be be ATTRACTED to one? I dunno. that depends on a lot of factors about how their bodies are built that we don't have answers to.

No, eating with a vegetarian makes me feel like a monster.

no. Hyena logic tells me hooved animals are for eating not dating (unless gote, gote r frend).
Also you either get a horse with hooves for hands or weird hoof fingers that creep me out so no.
Also wous brings up a valid point that horses are vegans and i know for a fact vegans plot to destroy the world(they are the ones putting chemicals in the water that are TURNING THE FRIGGIN' FROGS GAY) so still no.

Horses are omnivores, it's just that they need a much greater ratio of vegetarian dishes in their diet.

Horses eat small animals if they can catch them.

This makes them absolutely more terrifying than they were previously.

Imagine just hanging out with your equine anthro friend and there's a bird in the yard and they just walk over and wolf it down.

Still not as much of a dealbreaker as hoof fingers.

(Do they have to go to special farrier manicurists?)

While the modern horse only has one toe, it's ancestors had several. Like the Hypohippus, which had 3 toes.

What did they (or their feet) look like? well, it's a good question. Of course we don't know--they havn't been around in a few million years, but there are some critters that are somewhat related that are skill alive. :)

Odd toed Ungulates are an order of mammals that has, well, an odd number of toes and relatively simple stomachs (at least, compared to their even-toed relatives)... This order has three families kicking around today: Equidae (Horses, asses and zebras), Rhinos aaand...... tapirs! (okay, Tapirs too cute. have several pictures: X X X X

Even Toed Ungulates, on the other hoof, have a lot more members in their family these days... Featuring Pigs, hippos, camels, deer, giraffes, antelope, goats, and, of course, cows.

A collection of cruelty free, generally SFW pictures:

Pig Feets ~ Another pig with feet ~ Guess what? Pig Feet!
A SFW Camel Toe ~ Llama toes ~ An Alpaca, because Alpaca.
Have a Giraffe ~ Goat feets! ~ This is someone's fetish
Sorry, here is my apology ~ Still Sorry. ~ This is still an apology, but it also has Hippo-toes

Huh, that's interesting to know.

Oh, I forgot to actually detail the differences for even toed Ungulates -- they've got an even number of toes (GASP) and typically bear weight on their 3rd and 4th toes Aaaand, generally have more complicated stomach-systems. The Odd toed ones eat plants and digest the cellulose in their intestines, while the even toed ungulates have multiple stomachs (or multi-chambered stomachs)

Except pigs.

Pigs don't do that.

They have simple sacklike stomachs with no sectioning or anything weird.

Additional fun facts! Cetaceans--whales. dolphins and porpoises-- evolved from Even-toed ungulates and are, of course, still part of that order. They, too, have 3 chambered stomachs.

And, because we're e621: Apparently all even toed ungulates have an s-shaped penis (while at rest) that lies in a 'pocket' on their belly. They tend to be, ahem, growers, because the penis straightens out as it develops an erection.

Thanks wikipedia. I didn't need to know that.

Thankfully, wikipedia doesn't have any comment on odd-toed penises.

...... (That moment when you have more penis information stored in your brain) ......

Y'know what, nope.

I'm just gonna say that Tapirs are one of the few critters with a prehensile penis. (To answer your next question: Dolphins and elephants.)

WELL! Here is a link to a baby tapir with no penis in sight -- also, more tapir paws. Hooves? Feet? I don't know LOOK AT THAT WIGGLENOSE

I mean if there was a race of anthro equines that were like...just a normal thing in the world and as smart as humans then I'd probably date one. Hell in today's PC culture you'd probably be labeled like...a specieist or something for refusing to date one. "Oh, you're not going to date me? Why? Because I'm a HORSE!? Huh? Well you're a disgusting ape!"

On a less tangential note, I've always found the idea of getting with another species to be cool as long as they're at our level of intelligence and semi-anthro. Like...isn't that kind of the entire point of furry porn? I'm mean if you're jacking off to an anthro dog then it's kind of implied that if that anthro dog existed you'd fuck it.

Nothing more to be said.

Under what qualifiers? Huge, or just the shape?
Because really, unless they're super tall, the size should be comparible to humans, as that's the size alloted to the vaginal canal what with all of the other organs.

Given the choice between filthy NORMIE humans and an anthro that isn't something weird what do you think most furries would pick :v

Updated by anonymous

sure. horses are one of my favorite anthrofied species (thanks Freckles) and I think we can all agree that horses have the most appealing penises.
