Aliasing 'jinya' → 'あかばね_じん'

Reason:

JinYa has officially changed his name to あかばね じん (Akabane Jin). while it is true that his old artist name is JinYa, it will cause confusion if anyone were to be searching for his profile since his official profile name does not match with the tags at all.

but when I try to suggest the alias, it gives off a message saying "jinya is already aliased to something" which completely rejects the suggestion I give.

I know the name is written in Japanese, but I feel like this does not match with his current name.

(this is an unofficial form, the purpose of this is to request to officially change JinYa to be aliased by あかばね じん instead of the other way around which is currently the problem.)

This was already aliased to the reverse.

We prefer names that use American alphanumerics over Japanese unicode or whatever it's called in computer terms.

then can someone at least change jinya to be aliased by akabane_jin instead? at least it maches the name he currently uses, if not an exact match.

By the way, by including apostrophes in your links, you made them link to nonexistant tags. There is no 'jinya' tag, it's jinya.

I had to make an unofficial form since it did not allow me to use "jinya" directly, which is currently the problem.

That has nothing to do with apostrophes.

I am only looking at the form, in which you are requesting that jinya be aliased to あかばね_じん. The opposite was the action taken as we prefer romanized names.

While aliasing I simply went with the name that was already in use, but I don't mind aliasing them all to akabane_jin if preferred.

sorry, what I meant was the problem at hand is jinya being aliased to akabane_jin or akabane_jin being aliased by jinya.

does it take a while by the way? because I still see that all of them are still aliased by jinya, I still have yet to see them aliased by their proper name.

It depends. Everything is done by hand, otherwise some derp could come in and alias everything to "turnip" and then we'd all have a bad day :)
