Topic: Are "lore tags" okay in the description?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

Yes, I'm aware that there are already a TON of threads discussing this topic (I'm sure you might be sick of talking about it, and I'm sorry in advance). Please note that I'm not trying to incite any arguments and/or drama, just looking for a bit of clarification.

So in case you don't know, a few posts have descriptions containing "lore tags". These lore "tags" basically are fake tags that fit the lore of a certain character and/or artist that usually differs from the TWYS policy. I put the tags in quotation marks because the search does not account for tags in the descriptions under normal circumstances.

The post below, for example, contains lore "tags":

Now, what I want to know is, is removing these lore "tags" in the description okay, or does it fall under some sort of vandalism?

Updated

Contents of the description are completely exempt from TWYS, as such there are no rules that forbid this. In fact, a few people actually started using these for "lore" tags and combine that with the ability to search descriptions. For us this is perfectly acceptable.

Okay, so lore tags are fine after all.

Feel free to lock this thread if you'd like, as my question has been answered.
