multiple_inside is meant to describe multiple individuals together inside a third one (i.e: vore).

Vore is for the act of consuming another character, not for the presence of another one already in them. It could be post-vore if it's in the stomach or anus, or it may even be some form of pregnancy in the womb.

Post-vore is already implicated to vore. I agree with the pregnancy part, that's where this tag could be an issue.
