Going with no. Doesn't have the dark muzzle, stripes don't extend down the limbs, and the countershading is too prominent.

I took a look through what's currently tagged as `aardwolf` and it seems like that tag is already not used in a very strict manner.
For each trait MagnusEffect listed there is at least one post tagged aardwolf which fits that trait but, well, is still tagged aardwolf. (* See below.)

The post in question is, in my opinion, in a gray area. I wouldn't expect it to be found when searching for aardwolf, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it is.

No dark muzzle: post #1223741, Stripes don't extend down the limbs: post #614788, Prominent countershading: post #537726, And then there's also post #1047672 and post #499915

I think this is an issue mainly with furry artists not having any idea how to draw species outside of dogs/foxes/wolves, really, so they make anything and everything pretty much look like a canine

It doesn't look like an aardwolf. Granted, most furry art doesn't look like the species it's supposed to be. That said, it's not supposed to be an aardwolf anyway, so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
