Seems like bridle should also imply it. It could probably reconcile the rather confusing boundaries between a bridle and a halter. As far as I understand, the difference is primarily in function (tying vs. riding), which is almost always irrelevant to BDSM situations, and I can't say the lay tagger would be knowledgeable enough to sort them based on small aesthetic differences.
