Artists often want their sfw and nsfw accounts separate. Unless the artist explicitly requested it it's a -1 from me.

p sure that here the tagging here works the other way around. unless artist especially requests the nsfw and sfw tags to remain separate, they will be aliased.

On FurAffinity they explicitly call out their NSFW account on their SFW account and vice versa.
