Yeah, I think so. I'd change it to bin_(artist) just to keep all other uses of bin (as an object) out of it. I think it's commonly used in british/australian english as a term for a trashcan. And in american english it's sometimes used as the term for any number of containers (for organization, storage or for trash). Even though other tags might be better than "bin" for these things, it'd be easier to fix which term is being used when it's not mixed in with an artist. Tag messes are especially tricky when you have to verify whether every image was actually by a certain artist or not.

To give an example, right now post #106207 is tagged with bin as an artist tag. But the style is wrong, the artist's typical signature is missing, and there's a trashcan in the lower righthand corner. It was probably tagged using the word as an object. So yeah, it's just better to make that tag general and move the artist over to bin_(artist) to avoid a future tag mess.
