Aliasing charles_bill_tremper → zardoseus

Charles_bill_tremper was my previous username, Ive been trying to update it to my new username Zardoseus. Nothing has worked, not even wikis.

But it hasn't, it says that the name has already been taken.
And everytime I use the tag, it labels it as a general tag rather than the artist tag.

The alias is pending, it needs to be approved before it takes effect. As for the latter, the tag type needs to be changed to artist. I'll go do that right now.
