Forum - Tag Implication: holding_sheath -> hand_on_sheath

Also sheath_grab should imply hand_on_sheath, as both holding and grabbing require a hand (unless a character has prehensile feet, I suppose. But are they still tagged as feet then or as hands?)
Related: black_sheath, blue_sheath, brown_sheath, green_sheath, grey_sheath, orange_sheath, pink_sheath, purple_sheath, red_sheath, tan_sheath, white_sheath, yellow_sheath, rainbow_sheath (no posts yet), and striped_sheath should all imply sheath.
