Having the ability to sort the pools page by image count

Why would it be useful?
It would make finding pools with no content easier, by being able to group pools without content to the front of the pools page would both make removing pools that never went into use more easily removed from the site, as well as make pool vandalism more easy to notice for moderators or weary eyed members.

What part of the site would this affect?
This implement would effect the pools page, and possibly the search engine depending on the depth the feature is implemented
