I think we should alias old_man -> mature_male instead.

Mature_* is mostly for middle-aged.
Do we actually have no tag for the elderly? That's a bit surprising. Unless that's exactly what old_* is meant to be.

The only old_* we have is old_man, so the alias could be a good idea. But having no old_* tags seems weird when we have an old tag.

okay but why elderly is aliased to old? the wiki says that old tag is meant only for old characters, but old is incredibly vague term. i could definitely see people tagging it on old cars, old statues and stuff like that.
