This is about the artist index. Links don't show in history when creating a page.

Older entries seem like it added urls in history from the start.

Artist index history

What is the expected behavior?
URL(s) show next to the user who updates the page.

What actual behavior is given instead?
History shows previous updater, without url(s).

It seems to happen when creating a artist page.

Can you reproduce the bug every time?
Yes.

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?
Clicked yellow "?" on a page that hasn't been created yet > Add url(s) on a separate line > Hit save.

Errors or other messages returned (if any).
There's also this thing where If I update a already existing page (that has notes attached from previous updater) it counts as a wiki edit even though I didn't add the note.
