Requested feature overview description.
The tag script feature is nice when you are having a tagging project, but sometimes it would be nice to be able to add an edit reason to provide some info on what type of tags you are adding/removing/changing and why you are doing it.

Adding an edit reason is possible when editing tags on a post page, but not in the dialog box where the tag script is entered.

Why would it be useful?
Users could provide an edit reason that explains their reason for editing the tags, for example "character name correction", "adding missing copyright tags", "bdsm tags shouldn't be used on solo tentacle posts", etc.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
The dialog box that allows users to enter the tag scripts they wish to run.
