What is the expected behavior?
Posts with a number of tags equal to or within the given number or range should be displayed.

What actual behavior is given instead?
A random number of the most recent posts is returned, independent of tagcount.

18:38, 18:45, 18:48 etc. 24th jan 2019

Can you reproduce the bug every time?
Right now yes, but error seems to appear randomly.

N/a

I believe this is due to caching and is refreshed by a worker every so often, so it won't always be up to date.
