Reasoning:

Bottom is usually defined as the person on the receiving end. Both tags are currently used despite having the same meaning.

One thing to consider is which of the tag sets (bottom_pov+top_pov or receiving_pov+penetrating_pov) applies more in the context of cunnilingus.

It is alias bottom_pov -> receiving_pov

I believe that the alias should go in the opposite direction for the reasons stated in topic #28127

Therefore, it must be rejected before the BUR in topic #28127 can be approved.
