I"m venturing off into tags I don't normally deal with here...

but I think hands-free is *intended* to be for penises only.

That doesn't mean that a hands-free orgasm should not be tagged for pussies, just that this may be the wrong tag for it. (similar to how we have cumshot (for penises) and pussy_ejaculation (for pussies) which both imply ejaculation (for both))

cum_while_penetrated is also for ejaculating penises, while spontaneous_orgasm is for any sort of orgasm that doesn't look like it has a direct stimulation source (so, the third post you linked...) (also this tag is very undertagged! it's probably a bit newer...)

So, this seems like it might be an overlooked tag hole. To a sad degree, women are ~expected~ to be able to come without helpful fingers, (protip, young men, helpful fingers are nice!... so perhaps no one found a need to tag female-coming-without-vaginal stimulation

If a tag like this IS added, it'll probably apply to a lot of posts that'll need to be found.

Plus... it's a bit of a tricky idea to define... is it for a pussy orgasming without stimulation to the pussy-area? What about, for example, a ball sack bouncing off of it during anal sex? What about for a herm who has a pussy-based orgasm while penetrating someone or being penetrated?

"hands-free" seems to be a word with more than couple definitions, which include stuff like penile stimulation with other body parts than hands, another definition also allows objects like vaccuum cleaner or fleslight and having intercourse with one person while thinking of another.

Also unsure if actual handsfree devices (headsets) have been tagged with that tag.

It seems like someone in 2011 in here just gone with definition of male ejaculating without touching the penis - but apparently balls are fine by current definition. I can understand that orgasming with anal is easier for males because of prostate, but I can't see any reason why the tag shouldn't apply to females.
