Should've been reverse, for the proper spelling. Either Jack-o´-Lantern, or Jack o'Lantern (without the second space).

I was halfway through reversing and consolidating everything when I realized there's a character from 'The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy' with this name.
Will update.
Update 1: removed previous (jack_o'_lantern → pumpkin) implication. Need suggestions for a new tag suffix to discern a normal Jack-o'-Whatever from the character.
Update 2: queued all disambiguation aliases.

Might wanna fix the pumpkin implication as well. jack_o'_lantern implies pumpkin and is aliased to jack-o'-lantern, making the implication useless.

bumped, and including
jack-o-lantern -> jack-o'-lantern
jack-o_lantern -> jack-o'-lantern
jacko_lantern -> jack-o'-lantern
jack-o'_lantern -> jack-o'-lantern
jack_o'lantern -> jack-o'-lantern
jack-o'lantern -> jack-o'-lantern
jack_o'_lantern -> jack-o'-lantern
As there are currently still no spelling alias for this rather complex tag.

Jack-o'-lantern ought to still imply pumpkin as the character should be tagged jack-o'-lantern_(billy_and_mandy). If a suffix is desired for the cultural icon, perhaps jack-o'-lantern_(halloween) or jack-o'-lantern_(object).

A jack o'lantern can also be made out of a squash. That is why it doesn't imply pumpkin

They were also traditionally made from turnips back before the Americas converted then to the pumpkins. Which, I suppose, supports your point better than mine despite the extreme unlikeliness of seeing turnip jack-o'-lanterns on e621. Such is life.

There's another thread on this I don't have the motivation to find here: forum #263172 ... but there is a pokemon ( gourgeist) that is kind of a squashy jack o lantern.
That said I also wanna say that there were only a few exceptions to jack-o'-lantern -pumpkin but, literally only 1 or 2.
