Reason:

These are synonyms. Technically rectal thermonmeter is the more accurate medical term but anal thermometer is more consistent with e621 folksonomy.

Please remember that mods have lives outside of the site, and sometimes we get backlogged.

Anyways I've aliased and implied a chunk of these tags, however I made the alias to the proper term rectal rather than anal.

Well, also, the marketing term 'rectal' is more familiar to people, I'd imagine, and yeah, seems more accurate.
