Reason:

Hypno_visor is just a shortened version of hypnotic_visor

im a bit iffy about the whole hypnotic visor tag. i seems to be pretty much indistinguishable from any regular visors except that the character appears to be hypnotized, and sometimes it has swirly pattern on it, but thats p much it. at best its only implied that visor is the thing that causes the hypnosis. maybe it should be just aliased away to visor. if someone wants to find hypnosis fetish content with visors, they can just search for visor hypnosis

I went around tagging a bunch of things as hypnotic_visor. Regarding aliasing hypnotic_visor to visor, here's a few edge cases that I found along the way:

- hypnotic_visor seems reasonable but visor doesn't: When the so-called "visor" is unambiguously opaque and fully covers the eyes (post #864748, post #464139, post #873969, post #1748341)
- Both visor and hypnosis (or at least mind_control) seem reasonable but hypnotic_visor doesn't: When there's other potential MC gadgetry in the picture and it's not obvious that the visor is the cause of the hypnosis (post #1765811, post #1008121, post #765886)

I don't know e621 tagging well enough to tell whether those should be considered significant reasons not to add the alias.
