But theres a lot of pictures on the site that are duplicates with extremely tiny minor differences... like it has some cum in one part. but otherwise its pointless

i mean i guess 2-3 different versions are fine but do we really need 9 duplicates of the same picture when theres barely any significant difference

there literally is already a rule against uploading more than 5 versions of same image. theres no particular need to rant about it like this on forums.

Like Ruikuli said, we do have rule of only allowing up to 5 same base using images. We do have some leeway if there's e.g. 6 or 7 total or if it's clear continuation with enough differences, but generally speaking we do at least try to keep spammy content at minimum.

If you have actual example of what's bothering you it would be easier to give specific input.

Considering your past behavior and how there's over 2000 posts still backed up in approval queue (staff busy with real life, I'm legit sick, etc.) and how I bumped into your post uploaded 4 days ago, I'm almost certain you were saying "Well at least those are more likely to get approved". If it wasn't, then actually speak up like proper adult or don't message if you don't have anything to contribute to discussion.
