I think that Chelo is Mato's SFW account... but I can't easily find evidence linking them except for birthdays. Can someone find this for me?

While I do see a certain similarity in how they draw the facial features of the characters they draw, that's about it. The way they color and shade their characters appears to be different. More practically and less subjectively, Chelostracks' DA profile lists them as being from Chile with a birthdate of February 4 while Malospectoru's DA profile lists them as being from Spain with a birthdate of February 8. All links outbound from their DA galleries go to sites using their particular name.

I don't think they're the same artist. If they somehow are, they're going to such lengths to keep these accounts separate that it would be best to not alias them together. I say this is one that ought to be rejected.
