A Private Set with the Staff inside

Basically instead of images that are flagged for this reason having a big red label on them announcing to the site that this is in-fact pirated content, images that are flagged with this are instead put into an image set for the staff which is specifically for images flagged with Paysite/commercial content.

Why would this be useful

It would make pirated content have a better chance of being removed from the site without being saved by people before it can be removed.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

This would effect the flagged for deletion page, as well as the image that is flagged for deletion as it would no-longer notify the public of flagged images.

technically good, but it will also cause issues if for example a post gets incorrectly flagged, and the uploader wont have the chance to point out that the artist in fact did release this previously paid content as christmas special freebie on their tumblr or something like that.

if a post gets deleted they can dispute it after the fact, which is something that is currently done anyways. I'm more concerned with dampering the possibility of paysite content being distributed
