Aliasing snout_piercing → muzzle_piercing

Reason:

A mistaken tag synonymous with muzzle_piercing. I've mistakenly used snout_piercing in place of muzzle_piercing several times, and it seems like other folks have made the same mistake when tagging 'piercings on a character's snout/muzzle'. I also feel this is a fairly easy mistake to make, with a good chance of being repeated.
