It's not really vore, but it's included under the umbrella tag as defined here, so implication is good.

I really dont see how this is vore. They aren't eating the other person. What if they're just sticking their arm in? How much of an individual has to be entering someone before it becomes vore?

Vore doesn't always mean digestion. What about people swallowing other characters only to spit them back up?
Vore is about consuming someone else's whole body into someone else's orifices somehow. If anal_vore is vore, and cock_vore is vore, then surely vaginal_vore (aka "unbirthing") should also be considered vore. No matter which orifice it's going into, vore (as a kink) is not always fatal, it doesn't always include digestion (sometimes it's just for "play" and they let them back out). It just doesn't make any sense to me to say "if a character's being sucked, pushed or otherwise consumed inside of a cock/anus/mouth then it's vore, but if the same exact thing is happening with a pussy, then it's not vore anymore."
As for how much of a person has to be inside to make it vore, it usually is reserved for torsos, legs, whole bodies, etc. In a nutshell: if it's just an arm it's usually tagged with fisting instead (or lost_my_keys if it's the whole damn arm inside of there). If it looks like the whole body's going inside someone else's orifice, then that's when it's usually tagged vore.
So I agree with this implication. Sure someone might just be going into someone else's vagina just to hang out. But sometimes anal vore is just going to hang out in their intestines for awhile. And sometimes regular oral vore is about sitting all warm and safe in their stomach, magically protected from digestion and idk what that's about but people kink on it. And the point is that we still tag it vore even if it's not a permanent one-way-ticket so why should vaginal vore be any different? And because vore is usually left unexplained, I don't see any way of separating out unbirthing vs vaginal vore since 80-90% of the time they're going to look exactly the same with the fate of the person going inside being left up to the imagination of the viewer.

According to our wiki, while it isn't strictly vore, it falls under the same umbrella tag.
Not sure why, but it does.

Implication approved for the reasons listed. Unbirthing/pussy_vore is a subtype of vore.
