As far as I know, self account deletion is a unimplemented, possibly due to database issues that may occur if an account goes missing(EG: Uploads getting screwed up). Closest to delete is "block", which only admins can use.

There is no way, mortal. Once you've signed the contract, it cannot ever be revoked.
