Topic: Help correcting overzealous tags

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

Hey, I'm not sure if someone made it an implication or something, but I noticed a change to pics of my character, Nakhta. They all now sport the tag the_pirate's_fate, whereas I had not added that to all of them.

See, the thing is, Nakhta is a character in that game, but as she's a pre-existing character too, she's not exclusive to it, and not every picture with her in it is related to that; for instance post #1433125 and post #1171117 both contain versions of her that are totally unrelated to the game. Therefore I only added the game tag to the appropriate pictures so as not to mislead.

What should I do?

seems the population of the tag is being done by a sole user,

As far as I'm aware characters from copyrights oft even retrieve implications added to them which link the name to the copyright, and if your character was indeed in said game, than I don't want to say they are wrong but I'm also in no position to judge them on the matter.

Sounds like a similar problem to starbound being tagged on avali posts.
Personally I'd message the person doing it, and untag all erroneous instances of the tag. Then if it continues message an admin.

Seems reasonable.
