I would like to ask about images with breast frottage, assuming both are female and there is a breast frottage happening and both are fully clothed, should it be safe or questionable?
Im asking because I would like to suggest all images that appear with breast frottage should always be tagged with questionable, I mean, there is nothing innocent on breast frottage... I think? so I would like to recommend to add on the wiki page that all images with breast frottage should be rated questionable... if I am correct of course, what do you think?

Assuming you mean an image where two characters are rubbing their tits together than that definitely sounds bare minimum questionable

Hmm, Im asking because I saw some images tagged as safe and both were like embraced around the shoulder, like a innocent side hug but their breasts were squishing, the frottage seemed innocent but breast frottage doesnt seem innocent at all even though its unintentional.

I think some examples as to what you mean might help, but I think there is a difference between a hug and intentional rubbing, usually expressed threw facial expression and body language

Ah, good point, sometimes it may happen inevitably on a hug without anything sexual... I was initially using this post #1884148 as base, but then I did a search without ratings questionable and explicit and there is for now 58 images on the safe side.

Some apparently can be assumed safe, no sexual context and simply inevitable contact.
