Aliasing raised_shirt → shirt_up

Reason:

Synonyms. shirt_up hasn't been in use as long, but it matches tag conventions like pants_down better.

I think we should also alias shirt_lift to shirt_up. They aren't quite the same thing (shift_lift is supposed to be for actively lifting) but they are used interchangeably with raised_shirt and I don't think we need to keep that distinction. For example we didn't keep the distinction between removing_panties and panties_down.

EDIT: The tag alias raised_shirt -> shirt_up (forum #217722) has been rejected by @SnowWolf.

I don't know about this. The distinction is useful, and the number of mistags doesn't look too bad.

As for the comparison to the removing_panties -> panties_down alias, it's not quite the same thing. There's a difference between removing clothing for the purpose of taking it off and lifting it for the purpose of partial exposure. The proper equivalent here would be panty_pull, which is its own tag.

Besides, it seems (forum #17879) that removing_panties was only tagged a handful of times. shirt_lift is quite active.

tl;dr yes to raised_shirt -> shirt_up, no to shirt_lift -> shirt_up.

I took a quick front page sample (n = 30) and found that while 87% of raised_shirt posts are tagged correctly, 53% of shirt_lift posts are mistagged. If someone's going to fix shirt_lift instead of aliasing it, that's 2400 posts to reevaluate.

Well.. Stumbled here after this came up in the wiki thread.

+1 for the suggested alias, since it matches the established usage of *_down´ tags such as [[pants_down]].

Whenever this gets acted on, shirt_raised didn't get aliased to raised_shirt like its related tags, and at the moment this thread is blocking the suggestion system from fixing that separately.

This is not a rejection of the idea, but it's been 6 years. I don't trust that everything is the same today as it was 6 years ago. Feel free to initiate a fresh conversation and a new alias/bur.
