What is the expected behavior?
Pictures and images are supposed to show.

What actual behavior is given instead?
Just texts instead of the images themselves (https://imgur.com/a/wGd9nFz).

Can you reproduce the bug every time?
Yes. I keep on trying to reload the website only to find no images.

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?
Go to the posts section or select an image.

Errors or other messages returned (if any).
N/A.

Post images + thumbnails just spontaneously stopped loading for me, across multiple systems/networks.
Notably, if I go to a direct image address it times out.

Edit: Occasionally I can see my profile thumbnail in the forums, but that's it.
Right now I can see mine but not the one below.

Same. Using a different Firefox profile, a different browser, and clearing cache (solutions I found on various forum posts through google when this issue happened in the past) all did nothing.

Same problem. Tried restarting my pc, my router, everything. Please fix.

This is a common issue when the server gets over loaded, you don't need to reset all your stuff it corrects in time. You just need to be patient, check back in a half hour.

I'm having this issue with ALMOST all images, there are occasionally some images that do load, but the rest of them don't. I'm Wondering if those were ones that had been in my cache at the time of this error, but then the guy above me has his profile image shows up, and it doesn't fit the search criteria I'd been using today.
I am using firefox 56 (yeah I know it's old) at june 6 2019 5:56 server time.

I'm also having this issue. The only images (including thumbnails) I can see are the ones cached by my Firefox browser (67.0.1) before the issues came up.

Version doesn't seem to matter. I had the second most recent version and updated when the issue started, no dice. Someone else said it's just a server overload and to check back after a while, but it's been about an hour now...

I can replicate this bug in Reno, NV.

I’m having the issue still as well.

Same problem, time outs. Curiously enough, I can see all_my_ uploads but nothing else.

Image server is overloaded or down, this will affect pretty much everyone, be patient and it will be fixed when it can be fixed.

Oh no, my greatest fear has finally come to fruition.

Yup! Same for me, no images/thumbs but borders and ratings show.

Seems to be working again.
