I believe scenic would be a better fit for describing what the tag is currently used for, as the word alone is used when talking about location. I believe that there is a possibility that if the name were changed it could give users that don't yet know the tagging system yet a more obvious tag, possibly increasing the likelihood of images getting tagged with this descriptor by newer users and thus increasing the results for people looking to see this type of background.
