Seems to have been missed. I also think we should have names for human with medial ring and equine with barbs (barbed_equine_penis)

From what I remember, it ceases to be a humanoid_penis if there's extra bits. As it says in the wiki: 'normal human penis'. Barbs are definitely not normal for humans. So just hybrid_penis.

Nah, just thought I'd mention that before someone suggests implicating it to humanoid_penis.

Though there are some problems with the tag. Are those humanoid penises with barbs, or barbed penises with glans? Considering that most of those are felids, the latter might be more accurate. And hybrid penises with more than two types are problematic: post #1750697 is currently tagged as both barbed_humanoid_penis and knotted_humanoid_penis, so why not also knotted_barbed_penis...

Adding hybrid_penis subtags such as barbed_hybrid_penis, knotted_hybrid_penis, hybrid_penis_with_glans might be better, to avoid going overboard with the possible combo tags.

Vaguely relevant, hirsuties coronae glandis is a thing which actually exists and can at least superficially resemble penis-barbs. I didn't see anything quite like that in the barbed humanoid penis tag, but I could see the two being confused at some point in the future.
